Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 April 2026
1. Services
Dubai Connect provides company formation, residency visa, PRO, banking introduction, real estate introduction, and lifestyle support services in the United Arab Emirates.
All services are subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations. Dubai Connect acts as a consultancy and facilitator — we are not a law firm, bank, or government entity.
2. Engagement
Our engagement begins upon receipt of your signed service agreement and any applicable advance payment. Prior to that, all consultations and recommendations are provided without obligation.
You agree to provide accurate and complete documentation as required for your setup. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation may extend timelines.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in AED or USD and are exclusive of government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant authority and are non-refundable.
Dubai Connect service fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms vary by package.
4. Timelines
Timelines provided are estimates based on typical processing times and are not guaranteed. Government processing times are outside our control.
We will communicate proactively if any delays are expected and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared with Dubai Connect is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your personal or business information with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dubai Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee the approval of any licence, visa, or bank account application. Approvals are at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai.
