Refund Policy

1. Service Fee Refunds

Dubai Connect service fees are refundable in full if you cancel before we submit your licence application to the relevant authority.

Once the licence application has been submitted, service fees are non-refundable as work has been substantially performed.

2. Government Fees

Government fees (licence fees, visa fees, Emirates ID fees, medical test fees, and any other fees paid directly to government authorities) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

These fees are paid directly to the relevant UAE authority and are outside Dubai Connect's control.

3. Partial Completion

If you cancel after some but not all services have been delivered, we will refund a pro-rata amount of the service fee for undelivered services, less any costs already incurred.

A detailed breakdown will be provided upon request.

4. Rejected Applications

In the rare event that a licence or visa application is rejected by the relevant authority, government fees are non-refundable. Dubai Connect service fees may be partially refunded at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

We maintain a 99% approval rate and will work with you to resolve any issues before they reach rejection.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@dubaiconnect.com with your full name, service agreement reference, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
